We make and sell pure, highest-quality handmade soaps, hand and body lotions, and bath spritzes. Our homemade soap products are made at a monastery located in the Ozark Mountains. (Katharos Soap Co. is not affiliated with the monastery. We're simply residents of the monastery, and this is a work we enjoy.) "Katharos" is the Greek word for "spotless, without
blemish." We at Katharos Soap Co. daily find joy in our walk, and share the clarity and peace of our hearts with those who visit our little soap-making company store on the web. Our handmade natural soap products are made of the finest ingredients available. (Please feel free to review the Ingredients page.) Before you purchase from any other soap producer, we hope you will take the time to review ingredient lists from other soap producers before you purchase. You'll notice that virtually every handmade, natural soap maker only utilizes 3 ingredients. They are basically all the same: usually olive, castor and coconut oils (or a variation of 3 basic plant oils). But we're different. Our soaps here at Katharos Soap Co. are made with these 8 wonderful, moisturizing ingredients: Avocado Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Castor Oil, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter. Our quality far surpasses most every other handmade soap producer. And then the scented soaps contain only 100% certified pure essential oils (we use no artificial fragrance oils in our soap). And we offer discounted "Combo Packs," where we combine a variety of our products and offer them at a discount. We've also added a "Gift Pack" page.
